Disappointed

Was disappointed when the order arrived as I had ordered 7 of the memorial ornaments but there was only 1 in the bag .. i wanted to give them to my family as we were meeting up that week , but I didn’t have them :( I had to email to let them know my order was short I received the other 6 the following week with no apology.. disappointed

Wrong ornament delivered

Received an email saying the ornament I ordered was out of stock. Was asked if I wanted an alternative. The next day the alternative arrived in the post. Its not what I wanted or paid When I contacted the company I was just told there was a mix up ... very disappointing..
