Each WowWee gift is personalised and created especially for its recipient. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on customised or made-to-order items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing a gift made just for them.

However, customers within the EU may be entitled to exercise their right to withdraw from eligible purchases within the 14-day cooling-off period, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To submit a withdrawal request, please complete the form below and include your order number and the email address used when placing your order. This information will help us locate your order and process your request efficiently.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
