I ordered the personalised pink bear. The ordering process was easy. I had to contact the company after ordering (my own silly fault) their response was both quick & helpful.

Delivery time was as promised & the packaging was beautiful also.

But OMG the bear is SO beautiful!!! A quality bear, no cheap synthetic feel to this beautiful creature. The colour is a lovely soft pink. No little choking hazards either. A lot of thought went into this bear. She is a good size bear, bigger than I expected. The personalisation is cleanly done on a cute little jumper.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, the contact, the service & the product.

If you're looking for a gift, I can highly recommend this company.
