When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Every personalised gift is carefully prepared by our team in our workshop in Ennis, Co. Clare.

As many of our gifts are made especially for you, please allow time for personalisation and preparation before your order is dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Need Your Gift in a Hurry?

We understand that sometimes a special occasion can sneak up on you!

For customers in Ireland, we recommend choosing Express Delivery with DPD, which offers an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days after dispatch.

If you're ordering for a birthday, christening, wedding or another important occasion, we always recommend allowing a little extra time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your delivery details and tracking information, where available.

This will help you follow your parcel's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

Receiving Your Delivery

Deliveries are generally made during normal business hours, and unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel. Our deliveries are handled by third-party delivery providers, and a signature may be required.

If nobody is available when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a calling card or provide a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or collection point.

To help avoid any delays, please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
